The Learner Voice

The Learner Voice gives Newham learners the opportunity to voice their opinion on the courses provided by Our Newham Learning & Skills and helps us to understand and respond to the views of our learners.

Learners from Adult Learning and Family Learning are asked a set of core questions that focus on:

• Quality of learning and teaching
• Support and wellbeing
• Overall satisfaction with the learning experience
