Whether you're preparing to live independently or just want to improve your everyday skills, this course helps you make nutritious choices and enjoy the process of creating delicious, homemade food.
Paper Modeling
In this course learners will learn the skills needed to make a range of paper craft items such as cards, decoration and gifts. Learners will have the opportunity to develop their own project ideas. The course will include the use of natural and recycled materials to make craft projects eco-friendly.

The course explores a practical approach to painting, including colour mixing, layering, glazing and application. This course will give learners an opportunity to experiment with different brush techniques. The course will explore primary and secondary colours and give learners the opportunity to practice and develop their confidence using colour.
