Level 1 Award in Computerised Accounting for Business
This course includes how to use Sage software; the principles of double entry bookkeeping; sales and purchase ledger management; how to produce accounting reports; banking procedures and the responsibilties of the bookkeeping role.
Course duration
12 weeks x 3 hours p/week.
Entry requirements
Maths skills at Level 1 or above.

What's this course about?
This qualification explores the role of the community interpreter and provides an essential foundation for developing knowledge and skills in this area.
What does the course cover?
Three mandatory units: English Language Awareness, Communities and Organisations, and the Role of the Community Interpreter. You will build understanding of communication across communities and interpreting contexts.
Course duration
12 weeks x 5 hours per week (one day per week from 09.30–15.00 including a 30-minute lunch break) plus homework assignments.
Entry requirements
English skills at Level 1 or above. Initial assessment required. You must be fluent in at least one community language other than English.
